All Purchases Subjected To Following Terms

 

Our tees have a 21-30 business day turnaround depending on item popularity, this does not include shipping time.

Tumblers (including made to order and custom) have a 21-30 business day turnaround depending on item popularity. 

Any other custom or personalized items have a 21-30 business day turnaround time.

All items in an order will be shipped together.  This includes ready to ship items that are ordered with pre-order items, will all ship together.

We are not responsible for packages once they have been dropped off with USPS. If you believe your package is lost, please contact the shipping company to file a claim. We will not refund, remake, or credit your account for any order lost or damaged by USPS.

Orders are sent to the shipping address entered on the order form. Make sure the address you entered is complete and accurate. JAAM Designs is not responsible for packages that are non delivered due to incorrect shipping addresses. If returned the buyer must repay shipping to have it shipped again.

JAAM Designs Co. does not allow returns on ready to ship or custom products.  If you do request a return you will receive credit to your account.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.
