TURNAROUND TIME (TAT)- Turnaround time is considered as processing time, TAT is based on business days form the day your order was paid for. If you have multiple items that are ordered, your TAT will vary and be based on the item with the longest TAT. Business days do not include holidays or weekends. TAT does not include shipping time, paying for faster shipping does not change TAT.
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification to the email where the order was placed. This notification comes after the tracking number has been created, there for it may take 48 hours for the tracking to update.
